Ayurveda is one of the oldest and natural health care system of medicine. The main objective of the study is to identify the factors affecting to the patient satisfaction on Ayurvedic treatment. On average 255 patients arrive to the clinic per week and sample of 224 was selected using circular systematic sampling method. Primary data was collected using structured questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, non-parametric statistical methods and factor analysis were used as analytical methods. Findings of the study revealed that there is no effect of gender on patient satisfaction on Ayurvedic treatments. Further revealed that there is an effect of patients 'education qualifications for patient satisfaction on Ayurvedic treatment. The study was mainly identified eight factors that were affecting to the patient satisfaction on Ayurvedic treatment. Status of the entire Ayurvedic system, Patient awareness on benefits, electronic media and environmental impacts, Attitude and waiting time were several factors. According to the findings, it can be concluded that government and other responsible parties should take action to conduct awareness programs and introduce new methods to distribute knowledge. It would be attractive if Ayurvedic medicines can produce to smell aromatic. By providing quality service from the Ayurvedic centers willingness and satisfaction on Ayurvedic healthcare by patients would be enhanced.
