Abstract
Pumithiri Peer-Reviewed e-Journal is an online scholarly publication dedicated to the critical examination of gender-related issues, promoting interdisciplinary research on themes such as gender inequality, gender-based violence, gender identity, sexuality, and women’s rights. The second issue of Volume Two presents peer-reviewed articles organized under three principal thematic domains—Language, Literature and Gender, Economy, Society and Gender, and Education, Aesthetics and Gender—through which gender is examined in relation to representation and discourse, socio-economic structures, and educational, cultural, and creative practices. Together, these thematic areas reflect the journal’s broad, integrative approach and its commitment to advancing contemporary scholarship in Gender Studies.
